In order to help with preparation of the YIDFF, East Japan Railway Campany VIEW PLAZA YAMAGATA is taking reservations for hotels within Yamagata City. October is predicted to be a busy season, so we encourage you to make reservations early.

Application and Payment
- Please fill out the HOTEL RESERVATION FORM and fax it to East Japan Railway Campany VIEW PLAZA YAMAGATA by Tuesday, Sep. 20.
- We will send you your reservation confirmation and details by fax.
- 525 yen for phone charge will be added.
- You may pay for the hotel fees after arriving In Yamagata. Fees can be paid at the VIEW PLAZA YAMAGATA In Yamagata Station. We accept Japanese yen and credit cards.
- Please note that laundry, mini-ber, phone and fax bills from your hotel are not included in this rate. Such extras are to be paid upon check-out.
