In cooperation with the YIDFF, East Japan Railway Company VIEW PLAZA YAMAGATA accepts reservations for hotels within Yamagata City. Since October is a busy season, early reservations advised.

Application and Payment

  1. Please fill out the HOTEL RESERVATION FORM and fax it to East Japan Railway Campany VIEW PLAZA YAMAGATA by Thursday, Sep. 22.
  2. We will send you reservation confirmation by fax.
  3. You many pay for the hotel fees after arriving in Yamagata. Fees can be paid at the VIEW PLAZA YAMAGATA in Yamagata Station. Japanese yen and credit cards are acceptable.
  4. Please note that laundry service, mini-bar, phone calls and fax bills are not included in this rate. Such extras are to be paid upon check-out.

Cancellation

If you cancel your reservation after your payment settled, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
