JTB will handle reservation for the hotels listed below For participants in YIDFF 2003. Since October is in the high season in YAMAGATA, the room situation is supposed to be tight. We recommend that you make your booking well advanced.

- In the event of excess bookings for a particular hotel, guests will be decided on a first-come first-served basis.

Application and Payment
- Please fill out the HOTEL RESERVATION FORM and send by fax it to JTB by Friday, Sep. 19.
- We will send a detailed invoice by fax and send you a RESERVATION TICKET by mail.
This ticket is required to check in at your hotel.
- 525 yen for phone charge will be added.
- The payment including the 525 yen can be accepted only by credit card in a lump sum and should be made before your arrival in Japan. (From overseas only)
- Please note that laundry, mini-bar, phone and fax bills from your hotel are not included in this rate. Such extras are to be paid upon check-out.

Cancellation
- In case of your cancellation after your payment settled the following cancellation fees will be applied. Refunds will be made only after the festival.
