    A PR film for Tachikawamachi in Yamagata Prefecture. Depicting the “windy town,” the film was directed by then up-and-coming director Sono Sion. The film portrays its young heroine in an unearthly way, creating a rather unusual atmosphere for a PR film. Director Wakamatsu Koji makes an appearance as an actor.
