[Synopsis] A real-life collaboration between a nationalist punk band and a leftwing filmmaker against the Emperor.
As a teenager, Karin had problems finding a meaning to her existence in society and repeatedly attempted suicide. It was the philosophy of the ultra right-wing nationalists that saved her. She and her “comrade” Ito put together a band and started playing nationalist punk music. Left-wing filmmaker Tsuchiya, an unbending anti-imperialist, decides to give Karin a video camera to shoot herself and her daily life, and starts up a peculiar three-way relationship with the couple. Camera on board, Karin travels to North Korea and meets former Red Army terrorists who fled from Japan aboard a hijacked plane thirty years ago.
