Non Fiction X New Fiction: New Japanese Documentary Manifestos!

Starring a different theme each night, New Japanese Documentary Manifestos presents auto-documentaries, cine-essays, mock documentaries, variety-show-style works and other recent work-to-be-watched by young filmmakers who freely cross the lines between fiction and non-fiction. A special program of old and new, featuring non-fiction work that has yet to screen at YIDFF by young filmmakers alongside work by directors at the front lines of cinema today. Watch out for special guest speakers each night too!
