Japan's Southern Advance

In 1941 the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor began Japan's military advance on Asia.The justificatory aim of the attack according to Japanese pronouncements was to liberate Asia from the colonial domination of the great American and European powers. This film was used as a weapon of propaganda to confirm the legitimacy of Japan's place as the leader of Asia.
